Viaguard/Accu-Metrics maintains the confidentiality of our customers and will never disclose private information in relation to persons or test results unless prior client consent is given. All raw DNA data is permanently erased from our computer systems once a report containing results has been created. Staff members do not have access to this data after the report is created.

Provision of Services:

Viaguard Accu-Metrics and any sibling companies associated with Viaguard Accu-Metrics does not warrant; (A) that the services provided by Viaguard/Accu-Metrics will meet the expectations of the client; and / or (B) that the services provided by Viaguard/Accu-Metrics will always be free from defects or errors.

In no event shall Viaguard/Accumetrics or any affiliate companies, its emloyees, mandates, associates, agent an/or sample collectors be liable to the client for any direct, indirect, incidental special, punitive or consequential damages exceeding the cost of each test performed.

In the event a sample is not deemed suitable for testing, either due to contamination or insufficient DNA, a new sample may be sent at no cost, with exception to any postal charges that may be necessary for delivery said sample to our testing facilities. A refund will not be provided in lieu of a new sample.

The client warrants that he / she is legally entitled to perform in any particular act either directly or indirectly in order to obtain the biological samples and supply them to Viaguard for analysis.

The client will indemnify Viaguard/Accu-Metrics from any liability in connection with this test and its results.
