Register and Activate your Test

Activating your DNA test means connecting your kit to your account. We can't begin processing a DNA sample until the test has been activated. To activate a test, please fill in all the information that is mandatory as well as any other information that you can provide to us. Be sure to include your case ID (7 digits) as well as the PIN that is provided (4 digits). Each case ID and PIN is unique to each case so please do not lose this information. The case ID and PIN are required to view the status of your test. All results are available online and will be sent to the e-mail address that is provided.

Once registration has been completed, please follow the instructions on sample collection. Be sure to include the samples from all parties when mailing back to our laboratory for testing.
